At Master Scooter UAE, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a simple and transparent return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories, packaging, and invoice.

Conditions for Return

Returns and exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is not used or damaged
  • Product is in original packaging with all parts
  • No physical damage, scratches, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Conditions

Return or exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Used scooters
  • Scooters damaged due to accident or misuse
  • Products with physical damage caused by the customer
  • Missing parts, accessories, or original packaging

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (card, Tabby, Tamara, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or agreed method.

Exchange Option

  • Customers can request an exchange for another model or product within 7 days, subject to availability.
  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

Important Notes

  • Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Master Scooter UAE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
