At Master Scooter UAE, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a simple and transparent return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories, packaging, and invoice.
Conditions for Return
Returns and exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is not used or damaged
- Product is in original packaging with all parts
- No physical damage, scratches, or signs of wear
Non-Returnable Conditions
Return or exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Used scooters
- Scooters damaged due to accident or misuse
- Products with physical damage caused by the customer
- Missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (card, Tabby, Tamara, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or agreed method.
Exchange Option
- Customers can request an exchange for another model or product within 7 days, subject to availability.
- Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
Important Notes
- Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Master Scooter UAE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
